Customized and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are specially made based on customer preferences. Refunds are generally not available unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong item is received.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. An UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY to claim a replacement or refund. Without a proper unboxing video, refund or replacement requests may not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION & LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Customers may cancel orders before shipping only. Once the order is shipped or customized, cancellation is not possible. Givento.in reserves the right to review refund or replacement requests and may decline claims if policy conditions are not met.
